MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

The Keppel Bay Sailing Clubs Management Committee is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Club, reviewing the operational and financial performance, monitoring achievements against objectives, reviewing the management of business risk and reporting to members. The Management Committee is elected by the Clubs Voting Members at the Annual General Meeting.

SAILING COMMITTEE

The Sailing Committee is responsible for the development of sailing programs, recommendations to the management committee on sailing strategic planning and expenditure allocations, as well as overseeing the sporting operations of the training centre and planning its future direction.
