This class is designed to cater for junior sailors sailing junior class boats (sabot, Optimist etc) that have the desire to compete at state, national, or international level. All students must own and sail their own boat, plus equipment. Pre-requisites are Junior Learn to sail and Junior Bridging Sailing.
Costs include Coaching. Classes run every Sunday morning 9am to 12Noon

This class is designed to cater for any sailing member wanting to improve their racing skills. All participants are expected to own and sail their own boat, plus equipment. Pre-requisites are Junior/Adult Learn to sail.
Classes run every Sunday Morning 8:30 - Noon.

Sailing requires great team work, especially when learning new skills. This course is run in the corsair class boat. This boat is best sailed with 3 crew - Skipper, crew and forward hand. The course will teach new skills, and have each boat's team working together. The duration of the course is flexible, and the Keppel Bay Sailing Club has other great facilities to cater to your needs, such as lecture room, 3 bars, restaurant, and function room all with a comfortable relaxed environment.
Course costs will depend on facilities requested.
Sailing is a great inclusion in secondary school subjects such as Marine Studies and Sport and Recreation Subjects. The training centre will work with teachers on developing the class, and what they want to have achieved at the end of the term. Course cost is dependant on number of students, hours on the water and facilities requested.
